We have a cluster of well known, highly regarded bakeries in our town and surrounding areas. We had to seek out technology to maintain profitability.

Over 50% of sales are generated in the morning. Early on we welcomed customers to explain how the technology works and to share that the store is now open 84 hours per week.

Role of my Staff:
After implementing Autonomo we extended our opening hours to 14 hours a day. Initially I operated with staff in the morning to greet customers face to face, but after seeing how customers respond I now operate fully autonomously.
Sitting Area:
Our customers use the sitting areas inside and outdoor terrace. It is particularly popular at weekends with families and couples. During the week remote workers enjoy the fresh croissants and coffee.
